I am a personal trainer new to the area. I am going to be starting a boot camp in the next couple of weeks. It will be a fun and challenging way for women to workout while being able to bring and involve their toddlers and babies. I will be leading one hour boot camps and classes several days a week. Galloway is a training program that focuses on running injury free. The Galloway program incorporates walk break intervals into our runs from the begining of the run. We have several different pace groups from - Finishing to Accomplishing a PR.
