This group is for people who want to learn more about cooking and baking with vegan ingredients. This is not really intended for professional chefs (but please feel free to join if you'd like and teach the rest of us!), just ordinary people who love to cook and bake and would like to help the environment at the same time! We've decided to start this group after spending 18 months learning how to shop, cook and bake no oil vegan based on the principles in Dr. Esselystyn's "How to Prevent and Reverse Heart Disease" book.
