I had a good time and the next meeting it will be even better because I will be more organized. As we agreed last night the next meeting is going to be on Su, April 6 at 6:30pm.
There will be some changes: I would like for you to bring a SMALL dish prepared by you (can be as simple as a salad or even a bottle of wine). The food should be healthy and you should tell us WHY it is healthy.
As you know, there are several people in the US who need and want to loose some pounds. Often they eat because they are bored, upset, or just cannot stop eating even though they are not hungry. Think about a trick you can suggest to them that will make them stop eating after they had enough. Ex: after eating a balanced good meal, brush your teeth. This is the sign dinner is over.
