We have reserved the backroom at the Natural Health Food Center for December 10, 6:30 to 8:30 for a Nutrition Meetup and Christmas Party! We will watch a short piece of a DVD about epigenetics followed by a short talk by Marsha about genetic truth and how it effects our efforts to be more healthy. We want to give hope to the New Years Resolution by adding the message "You Can".
Mostly the night will be about eating and enjoying each other. We will kick off the Christmas season with a white elephant gift exchange (Everyone has something around their house they could live without and you know what they say, one man's trash is another man's treasure!") and maybe even some Christmas carols!
There will be limited seating so RSVP is a must to gaurantee your seat!
