Meetup Description: This month we will be hearing about dairy and osteoporosis, 2 subjects that I am asked about a lot!

If you would like to join us for a vegetarian meal of wheat berry chili, salad, and avocado-based lemon pudding, come early. We will be ready for you as early as 6:15. I'm asking for a definite RSVP by Monday noon and a $5 per person donation if you want to eat.

Even if you don't want to eat, an RSVP will assure you a handout!
